协议有效期？

! Q0 o5 k4 I- @5 V5 N- }" {如与REALTOR 签一个协议 买（SELL）我的house。 90天后 协议到期， 但还是 没有 买出去，

% s5 e4 u, u6 W$ r! [6 c* ^一般 多长时间 自己 不能买？
1 d+ N# E" U" V, [+ ~* F- F  |
) M- J1 W7 w+ [是不是 新法 已允许 自己买 AFTER THE AGREEMENT EXPIRED(IE 90DAYS)？ 好像有个 新的规定， 只要协议到期 就可以自己买了？

协议结束后你可以自己卖房.但是,
# }( P8 Y) p( z' X+ }. e2 K看看你的协议里有没有COOL DOWN的时间, 一般是卖房协议结束后1个月-3个月.  COOL DOWN时间内售出的话, 仍然算是你的REALTOR帮你卖的,你仍要付REALTOR费.
2 E; r8 [7 n, k4 Z* l3 ?所以,如果你顺利卖自己卖出, 你在签卖房合同时, 一定要把签字时间放到COOL DOWN时间之后.

协议上写得有的.协议到期后60天里买了,都要付agent fee.
