请问高手找builder建新房需要注意什么？

和老公看到一个不错的DEAL， 建个新的single house比市场上卖的二手房似乎划算很多。
唯一担心的是建出来房子和预定的差别太大， 烦请有经验的人士指点。

另：有人听说Reid 这个builder吗？

最主要就是对方嘴上怎么说都不算，一定要白纸黑字看到的才算数。什么都要写清楚，连同所有的细节，而且不要有模疑两可的地方。

1 ?. d  X# u% s; Y) d盖新房你千万不能只看现在给你的价格，因为还有很多东西没算进去的！我觉得盖新房的好处是可以选东西，但选的话基本上都要加钱的，如果不选升级的话，那也没必要盖新房，还要等上一年，买个二手房，顶多一个月就进去了，还不用搞前后院什么的。楼主看看自己想要的是什么。呵呵

To build, you can get almost all what you want but you have to be experienced and willing to invest a lot of time, however, the downside is you couldn't see what you would get and surely, headaches and frustration will be your bonus. To buy, you may not get a house that is as trendy but you can buy what you see and like.

Builder says it is going to be ready in july, 2011, we will visit one of the existing house tomorrow and will keep you guys updated.  Thanks for the advice.

最新聽到的消息，朋友與BEATTIEHOMES簽了合約付了大訂之後，BUILDER 即以DEVELOPER ARCHITECHURAL CONTROL 要求為由，BACKYARD 需要建DECK 2 個，價錢卻超高，友人想BACKOFF 然而受拒，正與律師相談，結果尚未知數。另有舊事一則，也是BEATTIE，用同樣手法，車房門加數個小窗，需付700元高價，足夠買高質量車庫門一度。很多BUILDERS都會以種種方法斂財，LZ 切記白紙黑字以防。
