Duties1 p4 H1 D/ T; d& d0 T+ a6 r
Delivers, sorts and picks up mail, parcels, courier documents, cylinders, crates, dangerous goods, furniture, tack boards, tables and chairs, surplus equipment, and any related incoming and outgoing items. M& `. X8 O# S8 c2 p$ x7 I8 u7 N; Z
Obtains signatures, scans traceable items into Palm Pilots upon delivery to departments
6 Q! L4 F" t, @0 CEnsures Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are followed on TDG shipments inbound and outbound) P/ o) K# ]1 L/ m3 P
Prioritizes workload and requests from dispatcher and team lead
3 G- ?* }. G6 e4 g$ y2 YOperates University vehicles from small vans to 3-ton trucks, including standard transmissions

Valid Class 5 drivers license - the successful candidate will be required to provide a Drivers' Abstract and have completed a Defensive Driving course in the previous 2 years.% Z. j9 ~0 b' T% K- W
High School diploma; previous driving experience required

Training related to proper handling procedures of Radioactive and Biohazard materials
