I'm finishing the basement by myself and need to apply basement building permit. I was wondering how much I should claim my basement building value. If I say 5000 $ which pay less inspection fee, does it affect the resale value of my house later? or I say 10000$, pay more inspection fee and property tax now. . a: r$ d r8 ?/ J* O7 u5 ~, \- }; W2 c5 F- ^
