* i5 i) H/ C: L. x+ I, X3 U* `' A■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
4 T9 Z( Q% }2 g& T6 [& z5 _■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.# @& {* z5 E8 B9 z2 b6 L6 ]
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships. ~% W' h5 _% K0 `
Experience and Education:
! y5 s% Y7 |) @3 a; ?■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.# G2 n0 x2 A& S* U; q6 \" Z
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
4 G8 }; n: D1 _3 g■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
# G. v |& Q: h5 ~1 C, f, H■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;# E5 Q' G+ ~( n. V
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
3 B6 U1 A) j) X. `2 k/ k$ g■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.+ m, `1 Q3 h6 f
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.* o3 t& y7 a1 r8 [- _
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
