# G9 N4 p9 F5 D, c6 M Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.+ Y7 d; c7 V4 j% W, F& ^$ [
 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.4 a, m1 i; `! z; |1 M0 f/ k' T
 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.
; E' v t- o$ P& Q Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.. x: q* D( p! A' x. l- x( {
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information. 9 L! b8 z1 N K. d
 Representing the Teen Centre in a professional manner.

 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.

8 p0 W* ^1 _/ A6 Y6 t$ p Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.
( W% ]2 _1 d) L9 @9 k; w" u. K8 H8 Y Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
- P% E8 P+ A+ S Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
$ [) F/ f& K$ |- q8 F Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.
% |6 R ^/ U6 T$ c }% K& \ Knowledge of community resources.
! g* J5 X) Y# b/ f* i& h2 H Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.) J+ L% j! y3 B5 ^( Y6 c( Y
 Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training.
