The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 7 O$ }: X& Y* M- ?, [
4 n% ?" C2 @$ _; y# v) UThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required/ j5 \2 J8 u6 o7 a
• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads6 `( {9 M8 |% c7 U5 Z. B
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits: M* z1 h/ X- ^0 a4 z
• Input and manage high volume of data

• Generate monthly reports and statistics
- o% y" S5 }1 H' H. t! t* I! h• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
& X* \7 ^( |2 i3 o2 I) w% W• Process payments and complete weekly deposits6 m4 a- G+ y. u$ X+ [! {% M
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms) H. W; W4 x7 R" N& V3 `4 c6 s: v
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure% M! m: y2 F. f3 k6 s1 o$ u0 n u
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
