The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. * j$ N- ]' x6 c3 k# m+ N! d: A+ A
1 r5 P9 Y. ~2 r# A. ?( E% b8 C6 d4 WThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required( V+ j/ q. C I$ L& ]/ y
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
$ i1 \0 C1 H; n( k; d• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads5 R0 ^$ a8 U6 y! N9 b
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits0 @% z! K D7 v L+ `
• Input and manage high volume of data
. f3 ^3 y, O5 a; ^) G1 K1 x• Update and maintain databases0 Q- ~- P) Z8 O, N* L( F, m: | F
• Generate monthly reports and statistics Q7 U0 i9 ?$ t- y, O# N
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation; P+ _; k+ N5 p: H# M1 H3 P
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits, q+ v, }* j) {7 Y ^
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
& U! ?6 N0 k0 C. l( x, M3 {• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
; Y4 U5 [( g9 T• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre2 o6 i/ k: g5 G7 J5 |0 C/ @* H
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients* F; v/ v8 r# k; B# ]0 D& d9 |

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
/ ]& i5 K" l9 _3 D V5 Z$ R• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 4 M. {" W. ?% a( t
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- b( G% R8 S! k2 A• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work

• Strong customer service skills
