Accounts Payable Clerk (Lysander)
Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
1 Y( c/ l# n" h8 ]/ G•        Weekly cheque run;
3 b  _& x9 Q6 b% D) E, I•        Vendor maintenance;
5 K. ?. z) s& H7 b•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
4 F- v9 N% M% R- {7 c) _, z•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
•        Prepare month end accruals;
3 H( Q' G( [' T. J7 `7 P6 N•        Process corporate credit card charges;
•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
•        Process wire transfer payments;
5 P, f# N+ `0 U, H# m•        Additional accounting duties as required.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

" F  L9 L+ k8 |/ B•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;
2 v$ w/ O5 C* e# r  g/ i$ x/ X
" Z  H2 r4 X$ c6 \  W•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;

1 g% R; ?$ j4 |/ ]4 p/ n  o1 `•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;

•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

•        Completion of 2 or 3 level CGA or equivalent.
