Accounts Payable Clerk (Lysander)
Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
5 [# g& H( m6 F+ L•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
! H; s% @- S) p: P•        Weekly cheque run;
•        Vendor maintenance;
•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
& Q. s" y; G8 s5 ]" j7 }, z•        Prepare month end accruals;
: F7 ?: d! P# a9 _•        Process corporate credit card charges;
6 \# ~0 K: b1 R9 f5 i9 s) P; D7 e9 U•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
•        Process wire transfer payments;
•        Additional accounting duties as required.

9 r& b+ Z8 h& |The successful candidate should have the following skills:

/ {9 \; R) y. |/ e•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;

•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;

: t8 ?/ |* V; Z8 Z+ |4 w•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;

) O1 p; v0 |$ l* S•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

" n9 W# C6 c2 Z•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity;
