; k7 A7 Y1 i* YTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
( m* m9 B$ `6 C2 H% |9 P4 E% ahand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 1 |% D" x6 t. l+ i
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a : i# |% \' D& I/ n4 b0 A
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved ! g9 w B% V ?# J
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 5 ~# U6 o4 I3 C# x
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
' U7 }' `# [6 w5 L% Z3 o# W2 ?, a: G# Bbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
" Q& d( J( s8 K. d# p haccountable to the project coordinator. & k. Z! I( d8 e6 v: i8 z
6 n. p- p G7 G) t# F
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
! ?! X8 v0 }" M% X* R+ r2 h8 A' Mschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Y, D# B" n5 o1 ^- `18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 1 o) k- m: v( I
Keen ability to organize and lead 7 c8 c' E, L+ _ J) U
Regular attendance at meetings
% q1 }& U' y# _$ W" d: uRelate well with other youth and adults / q" P! t% W: c3 _* y1 a
Willing to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
