Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach o4 A- j: N. g" j+ e
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 0 ~/ h2 y7 W9 b* K7 c

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 9 ^! X2 z1 |4 t7 |2 R
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
4 g5 K& S5 J+ S6 TEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a + r5 e) b! `; `- ^. N) X; D$ Y" ]0 v
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
) W: d7 S/ g7 _' D) Win the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
8 ]( B. @/ W9 Y' ?9 o' kare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ( h; ?, r) L' G3 f0 h+ H& I1 }, o
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
' m4 Z+ |* x' C8 s8 Daccountable to the project coordinator. C: e8 g& ~' X9 s' _
9 E P( k) S9 j0 Q2 N7 UThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own & E, u r4 E( ]2 W1 O n
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ) t- O. ~* E$ ~$ X' y& y
desirable. 9 d4 K: t8 p" Y2 G$ F- Z

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
% L% n! e* F5 S+ @& i& I FKeen ability to organize and lead % R: c7 Q( _( b# S
Regular attendance at meetings 3 @" z! p8 L5 m# ~* u
Relate well with other youth and adults - p* C, H# b0 R; S& v' I" `
Willing to be mentored and trained $ u, n+ i1 z% l }1 m3 }3 W
* _5 W& P7 K: aSalary $ `) ?/ L# u0 W; f) I5 \* ~
$15 per hour plus benefits
