Youth Empowered to Succeed Project

Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
6 q; u$ y$ `" Y# Fservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

  x. n" W) H  c" s, |& mTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
; M' Z8 W2 t2 }2 v* p, VEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
& B! I3 b2 m# `9 R. h0 L6 i4 lyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
$ @* u5 E# _% Hare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
& ^" K; g5 t# Saccountable to the project coordinator.

- k/ d. L9 N4 d$ P4 C6 p$ R- LThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
1 J8 Z* U+ z. B/ Zschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
6 p# T- [& Z& [' H* c1 V% ^" xKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
; u  z; u/ u3 P$15 per hour plus benefits
