7 o' D& {. A2 a: oTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
# u" T( E% L3 Q! ^! l2 j& Z# ^# kservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

) N: L' k" ^1 oTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
8 ^- ~/ X0 Y, D* ~: A% J# I- phand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
9 c" w; G( |4 l# J$ Xare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
7 }9 X2 M; z& @! ]9 e+ bbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
7 T, }! ]: ?% U: {) O% ^+ W6 h: taccountable to the project coordinator.

+ Z$ D6 K" m! w4 F, _( lThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
/ f7 n. d( I; M5 C( S4 M/ ]: gschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
% O& r; F+ g" q0 [8 g% G! P- |desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
) d% V1 v/ l. c  I) }Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
' x5 ?+ }$ t1 |# n; l  k) y/ N0 JRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
+ C7 h/ z/ J/ l- _6 a- a9 i$15 per hour plus benefits
