Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first " m: C) c/ Z7 L* V
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
0 ^1 e' L1 p# z3 K) \5 WEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a * C2 l# S" v! ~4 H& P# L1 P; d% ]
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 0 P3 R$ v9 |; W% G+ `
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You / a7 e7 a5 Z6 l# z# J \
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
& i& B# X8 ^5 I3 m/ e. wbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 8 h+ m9 ^, a/ s; F7 \5 Z: M! w' B% T! q; o
accountable to the project coordinator.
$ Y" e" G% q' G- r9 ~ 4 q( y# L5 \7 Z$ J
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
" K5 e, Q. o' ^; d1 W- xschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 0 E7 w0 F, v) c0 h& G- o

Regular attendance at meetings " l0 F+ v4 S, r" _0 X- @4 G7 C) X( P
Relate well with other youth and adults
