Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ( e- K) y, w% b" f; K- b
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
6 g x8 j' G* IEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a G% A: t+ Z' l' g4 R W: i" Q
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
" ~; e# q: Y5 J6 @8 min the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
4 A% I s3 O3 {' _0 dare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
8 |6 a# M$ Y5 Q% S5 {5 Abalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
5 H% E1 A3 `6 C# s$ @8 ?5 R) O$ u( Iaccountable to the project coordinator. 2 Y; M( o8 w) A0 L# j
6 X3 g, \7 g' |$ P i- ]* [The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own " B1 m( A/ D9 Z' L- x* t
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is . q5 a0 i- ~& a* t6 ]- A9 J r0 G

Qualifications

Keen ability to organize and lead

Willing to be mentored and trained
