- Checking guests in/out , A/ h8 i9 O3 [% Z, e# H( N0 j$ V
- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
# U7 R# K- ]- _* _4 H4 `- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
5 [/ X. e2 j$ R& M- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash
C6 M7 N: h9 x2 ~- Balance credit card machine
3 H1 N7 b @/ \5 [" _1 Y- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments ; t- j+ k; T2 m; _$ q
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems 7 O8 d9 X$ s }5 D# S! c
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment/ Q" l% D2 d: s' K
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Skills/Requirements:
8 H7 z g7 B+ K4 u: K- D+ _- Completion of High School
. t; r4 ]" u3 I# J7 j2 M; G- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
9 T @* Q# Q5 z, A- Good computer skills . M1 N: O- n# h
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment. |7 j1 c5 U5 l
- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills
& y7 J4 J; c* x* Y- Ability to work night audit shifts and weekends
