Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
, t7 g1 P2 L4 N' I1 V/ q8 H! u•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
) l% _! Q' U5 v$ c•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
7 @! v- d0 H, q1 b4 @3 G0 p) y) A•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
  G0 T7 q% m+ w' I* m& d4 q•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
  @) U' m9 d! S2 \- }•        Must be able to communicate effectively
' ~* N. \/ v5 p0 w•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
* o0 s5 o- b3 M6 W6 S0 x7 c& P•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
