8 ]) i) R9 X3 K0 W•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
, A0 `: ^1 K" Q- r7 a•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
9 |3 z! H/ d# \6 Z•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
0 o4 D# U9 b4 p•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
# ]+ _) |% g6 ]! a•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
