•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- f& R( ~, y- O•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
' @7 Z+ S+ J" W•        Banquet room set up/tear down
: h- [0 U! }8 ~0 |2 o•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
* {+ o2 t. P0 B1 P5 y! w* a& U•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
" B6 `0 a' P, u2 o•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
. V) B6 B/ |3 W2 y•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
