! C* X% ?4 N* j. f! ~•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
8 x: o+ R# J: n% P0 F+ q3 z0 D. a•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
. `( J  V5 X  t+ _5 g/ W% N•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
  F" Z; y. q& z/ N3 ^; s6 S- i•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
, g& N6 n+ ~1 Y0 Q) G•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
! E+ h1 t7 R' @1 l% F2 Z2 n3 `•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
1 ^* j/ {* c6 W2 O9 h, w•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
