Term: 1 year contract( F5 \3 V  O3 I/ f6 e: q1 p
Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.! Q) P$ k; M9 k/ Z
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker8 H) n, n4 {& g' j6 C& A; ^
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
+ v7 _1 E1 w( ]9 z8 B-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client, _5 m' H3 y4 L  g4 s4 O& _
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
' v3 j  w; a. U5 x% ~  H/ E1 j6 }5 ^! P# S( [5 Z3 T
Qualifications:, [! p/ l* Z% D! ?  l' B1 n
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
" ^, h/ `+ P& S+ }/ t$ X-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement $ w% C5 `+ _, `4 t* C
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
9 {2 v3 p) s4 `# V: t-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
( {: w6 \4 S* ~3 j) P" Z6 ~-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check( A+ ?$ R+ }9 B2 J+ t6 J
