图书馆的表格都是*.PDF的文件，请问如何将所需内容填写进表格的相应空格?另签名如何完成?

我都是把表直接打印出来填好了交到那里去的,我觉得用寄的太普通了,他们可能注意不到你,再说也更可靠些,肯定你的表格他们的确收到了.
