• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
$ y0 ?" t0 T. ~% F/ v8 U- I• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
2 h# ?! \5 q2 U, M• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
4 o' ^, s! b1 Q/ H2 p• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
0 H, R, R% t6 G8 J; U* r# p• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
