Job Duties / Responsibilities

% @9 ~! P- ~6 G S4 i! ^1 u/ e* p• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.: _- d+ _* V( t. q: K/ ]' f; T9 U
• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
6 C1 D7 |2 _9 i" _ m! G( L. U! k• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.7 }9 p: k' [5 i2 D0 _8 x7 @
• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
+ K: q9 Z) m" f3 s• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
. z3 M+ o( i: Q• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
