• Familiarize with the assigned process units
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
% o7 |$ N3 V" w; |9 X: ?& [9 u• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
9 E. I1 s# ^( f( H5 U8 t1 U' i& A2 W• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
( s1 Z+ X* }; i+ y& ]• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
