Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
2 M4 O$ @4 E6 i. [; QManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
5 C) J2 j+ c: O& g4 }The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
7 Z0 o2 k1 \( w7 q8 J% `/ ?4 L0 Rthe organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;

0 k& \9 Y4 `1 @8 w$ qQualifications:
% W1 Q) Z9 c# q  u6 F7 lŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
" y' J" @4 W" A% ~education and experience;
4 h' v! w! R3 m! v- o2 oŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
4 m- P& X1 G0 G: xŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
" p( G! j% A6 ~, N0 oŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
1 D; q- S  j5 z9 [! [  ^verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
