Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
6 v9 B3 \% m2 \5 v; I& LManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
" N" F- b  }7 i$ U" e& ]0 nment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical

Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
  G# V; B: s. b5 E( ximplementing staff wellness programs;
1 i# R: B& c. j9 JŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;

Qualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
) Q' h9 O4 l$ veducation and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
+ q4 d9 U* l; ~Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
* }: s& ~% r- AŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
