2003年在英国《HELLO》杂志举办的评选活动中，30岁的艾西瓦娅（Aishwarya Rai）更以33％的得票率当选为2003年世界最具魅力的女人，力压英国新星凯拉·奈特莉（第二）和妮可·基德曼、泽塔·琼斯、凯特·温斯莱特等大牌好莱坞明星（分别名列第三、第四和第五位）。
