Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background

) o+ ?7 v& _: y& aAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
% d' B' ^. V: L: e: H9 v: iExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
$ b$ U5 t& K: X4 fExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
( n1 [4 N) ~; u, XComputer proficiency
5 c& X5 ^9 r8 f0 N0 XStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
3 j! Z  O2 Q% U+ C* c8 qUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
