Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields c' l! A, z0 |1 a/ P
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ) |3 k |" T/ t& V
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
) k0 J' H9 ^+ D# e3 k. EExcellent communication and negotiation skills
