; a0 F# e) t6 k" f2 ?Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
# k( g. F/ K  aExcellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
