/ z8 e# E: x$ D1 H * 2 tbsp olive oil

* 1 cup fresh corn kernels

Step 1
J6 Q. G1 J" w* b* o+ LSlice the chanterelle mushrooms into nice big and thick slices. Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the mushroom slices and a pinch of salt in the pan. Give it a stir. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mushroom slices are lightly browned. 7 t5 Q8 `/ i3 U4 |

and 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper or 1/2 red bell pepper, and 1/2 cup water in the pan. Bring it to a simmer, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp butter and the juice of 1 lemon. Give it a mix. Turn the heat to low. + o1 V8 O" c9 C# r2 e
Step 3 s/ o+ g" w9 [" P& F. t3 h; c
Season the 2 big halibut steaks with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side.3 G7 j9 y; U. h( L" H8 [

Step 4

Place the grilled halibut steak on the top, add some lemon cubes beside it, some micro greens on the halibut steak. Enjoy! |
