I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
# `4 l2 D8 P0 q5 j: N# b•        Processing payroll
, q: \: Y% F+ A1 }•        Preparing reports
2 S& q  R7 }6 M% R•        Benefits deductions and administration
# G7 z- }5 y+ r4 h+ s•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll

To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
! s6 u1 t% ?: a•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
$ q% D8 c; O' c% [5 D& a3 I% j5 A•        PCP certification is an asset
+ X- w  v7 y) N" F•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

0 U7 ]/ X# W) v6 `2 \2 }I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
: \6 _" O! e, G: H9 m! Z$ CYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
