杨柳青青江水平,
The willows green, the water even.

闻郎江上唱歌声.
The song he's singing, with the river flowing.

东边日出西边雨,
The east side sunny, the west side showery.

道是无晴还有晴.
Just like the weather, his love towards her
Clear or not, hard to find out.

*“晴” 字最难翻，是“晴”还是"情"，clear 可作天气之晴朗，亦可作感情之清楚
