: U- R. w) _! E" B7 I! q6 p3 j

Then, without a closet, it's not a bedroom any more. It's hard to say if you increased the value of the house by doing that. 3 ]7 X" l/ w5 K# U# v; r* [小黄 发表于 2010-7-28 08:22
2 years ago, added a shower to my 2 pieces ensuite. The room is 4'x7', very tight to fit all 3 pieces. Needed total re-plumbing (supply and drain) and costed me $700 (material plus labor). I did the rest work myself. The shower is 36"x36" circular shape with sliding doors, an expensive one of $700. New toilet, sink, mirror, light fixture, fan, tile etc. Total material cost was around $1500.
