3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are( ]2 [3 \& j# ~1 E
due when you make your reservation.
) g% j) r+ G% l) o4 u( @; }4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your' s9 U9 W$ {# Y/ O! S( e$ N
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

2 @% e5 {9 Z" r% c+ w; b1 Y5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
1 Y4 T/ p- v: x0 G. R3 e8 ^) M the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as

campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.! v6 v+ f8 p0 ^
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

campsite; and the service type.

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
* d* m8 N# P% W12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
3 O( Z U) S, W7 R0 S1 N will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
, G# e7 O# v. O7 _ check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
8 `( B M2 ~6 i: P - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
+ t+ y7 M ~# d1 e9 R7 ]3 n you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your9 d* f5 C7 v) P- `% J
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,+ O( g, Z* l( T) e7 ]" [
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
( q( n5 ^, h x$ a! } - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before+ C4 ]7 z" `" r" X) h
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
* K1 q8 i# z( Z, ]5 z# v" ^$ y of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

& |0 |; J) I" J6 e4 a! m( J2 l! e14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:" f" ^6 j! @* \' G' [! A7 u6 e
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
( g9 j1 E5 `+ Y! ~: j) ]3 Z* v expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two. Y- j) R+ b, X7 f/ g/ T# G" b- S
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see( i2 h- C; p6 a4 y6 Y
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late% R4 _; B# }: E9 U$ k0 q1 g% l) H
arrivals in advance.

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

1 T/ o7 z, G' G3 m$ G; v When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

, f6 r& a% c/ c2 g If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
