is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
; ]1 z) n( U& G: i 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.( }! w- x; t A6 ]
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
/ J- }3 r: @$ I& D( N, ~, J- \ on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. + V* P! N9 z2 }- N- u! g
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
0 W1 t8 n; X# `( N reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your* { i- h& N' s' Y6 z7 _; U
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at k) M# S* e3 {' G
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

5 H9 N2 |& f; F - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,8 z0 y# d8 V4 Y. F" J
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your" w$ C6 B; c2 Y9 x% z0 A
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
' P4 T% ~, v- `1 ^5 }8 w4 ^8 G- U/ c you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.: }0 P: z- V0 H0 n

11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
; X) f8 W$ b3 q3 G; ]( ~14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the; c% [% a" ~' A& C. a7 A% b" q
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground7 y' C8 r( I$ r5 q: W
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact9 z8 `! K' r! y" a3 V8 t
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,; y! h* ?$ @5 e/ f+ ^
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
9 O1 x* s- t% r- E9 |8 Q1 L4 ]; V! l16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
+ s3 }; d* H* o/ x& h+ c4 E! Y If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your8 h( r9 k( a9 ~7 w
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
1 z+ @$ O# ^2 [+ V nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
9 f6 m) v# M5 @4 r* B policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late/ M; F! u' f% }, c
arrivals in advance.

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 6 p- h5 t" _9 g+ ^ y, D
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of4 x2 X1 e( f, U n, K2 P, V8 U
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
( V8 O; M M. `5 x; p! ~& {- c* |: s
* ~+ K; T" L8 G# ~4 E& o6 z" q When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
& j- y8 z8 {/ | of your originally scheduled departure date.
