* [. b) H& f4 F" N/ aEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
* \& H- b3 }* f* J. {! \operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
7 m( r( e. z0 S  r( X4 ~" Ncustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
1 n+ i! o6 g8 T# V/ Kthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
8 H! ]4 b& ]+ {+ U4 ]+ Y• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
5 `0 l4 A. R( h: h( a& _( q! kStore Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
# b) {- d) H4 N1 J9 u• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
) _  L, _& J  }2 ~4 |$ m• Protect company assets at all times
9 o3 I- r# {9 ]• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

• High School graduate
5 \4 r0 U# d$ Z- G8 c) d& |• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

. S2 F1 G$ |( q7 h• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

Physical Requirements
, Q7 I5 R$ c. n9 y! Y4 C) I• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable climbing ladders
