" g9 {# ?# I- D; A* C0 JReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

* V' S% j" A- t6 uKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
% i: {# l. o$ z8 o) u5 _        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

) T: o- R+ q/ T" ~$ WQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
. g& H2 P; M4 k3 l: b- {) C; _•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
* Q0 h5 I! k4 h9 l•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
" b) e0 a  @" Q0 U9 C•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
' H/ {( Q  N; f$ D1 m' x3 t+ M+ z•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
