$ @6 M5 k! T- X- N) a. H0 ?3 nReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

* m2 @% A. u' j- w  G! fKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
5 c5 U' u/ P4 d9 L, Z        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
7 _( A! f+ x( M        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
) r( u; b$ Z4 q) a) z•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
8 X+ T3 M: p  K. v5 |: b4 s/ T•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
, S& Z: k$ ]! Y2 n& m4 @0 {& u; B; J•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
