The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats. , ^: w4 h a- r4 ~3 R3 X+ H
Responsibilities

. R% x6 _5 y) O5 E7 g1 `! k+ H" h
-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

1 f8 q# R* V8 z2 k; A" A- {, n. R-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats. * d+ a+ b8 ^) _5 W9 ?: O" F1 G$ x

Serve as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments. # M- g7 d* w4 W
& ?1 u' _# p% GEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users. , D/ D0 C# K5 e. _
* Y3 ]! g9 A' }+ m! sMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences. r; A( W' a" V/ {
Qualifications
, z6 T$ v- Y# L" S& z Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills. 3 s/ t- `' e j
0 j, J1 N2 g7 H$ ^7 ISelf-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
