% k! W: F; z* @/ ^I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
- [. y0 i% Z0 A3 b' {1 g- F4 sperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
6 N2 b% A' I& O% r& i% L/ ^(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
, i+ i. n! M/ s30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
0 }/ j4 h' i1 u7 S2 mafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
! R. t* D1 z/ G& p( ~lease required.
