person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

  y4 f# j0 L; c5 E3 z% DI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
& G7 x. e) K! @: F$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
  H$ d- B% \" b& _be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

' b5 v! H" C7 x1 t9 m* O1 GYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
+ l! w  X5 H) V5 h9 Nafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
) J: z7 \1 H- d0 T9 ~lease required.
