7 y7 }; Y! R/ r! K9 K; Z- OI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
* f- D) o- Q' g( w4 C! q" a7 t+ gperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
1 [. J$ s, E0 l7 d6 L' y4 ]8 V, c) {: ~/ A(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
4 @& Z1 C1 ]$ ]$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
( N7 ?9 S# Y' G7 a/ J30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
/ u2 R$ x7 }3 }7 D7 l9 W/ ~months, so it is still quite clean.

$ Y' N* ^& h/ l# F  ]9 X. E: b  Tcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
