呵呵，建筑质量我到不敢妄言。不过Citadel地区大部分房子都买在前期最高点。炒家很多都套手里了。要出手时，总有点不切实际。

而且因为是最高点，开发品质很差（注意：不是建筑）。地块不平整。就是山景，也不能那么大的落差，最多容忍一个walkout的落差。而现在有的落差达到2层。说到底，是开发商为了省小钱，推的不够平。建筑标准也弱，一大堆vinyl siding的房子。要是50万很正常，但是80万的房子要还这样，就说不过去了。

1 p: n) c  S3 b& t目前这个区的价位很尴尬。按照90万的房子，地块应该是25~30万。但就那些破地，给upper winderemere的地块提鞋子都不够。
