Primary Focus  
Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

4 J' g' s8 u9 w+ `( H: h1 nResponsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.

. o3 T& k/ m% n5 }: B6 [7 h8 N1 EAchieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

Managing critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

- V7 ~3 `8 O+ C! \# B/ W) PPerforming site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

" W! I3 T+ v. B( m! vEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

, R$ J5 E, q0 FPerforming quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

% N7 P% J# z0 {+ q- ]6 iIncorporating new technology and best practices with focus on solving business problems and operational requirements in a competitive environment.

4 ]! q! _! X. | Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.

10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
8 z; R/ @% P5 r: A% r6 u# G3 O, n/ R
5+ years AutoCAD experience.
/ H0 M9 Z5 B- `1 R- d
. i# W+ W; Y/ h' S0 i. |) Y3 QRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.
& A. i6 a. `5 z6 W: }  j
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
