Primary Focus  
5 V* D( S8 l* k/ B/ N# r Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

( `2 k8 ^9 v8 u$ i" Z/ x0 F* g& \) ]Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.  
Responsibilities  
End Result :
Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

  T  a1 p1 E( ^2 X6 y9 OManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,
5 i% y/ e9 ^. }
Engaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

& F: d( u5 d- J9 K1 m/ WPerforming quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

% M3 A2 U3 `, O7 \0 i  _Applying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

Providing electrical design expertise to projects,

- M. U: m2 U+ d8 P6 J' `Providing project managers and engineers with conceptual electrical design for projects of varying complexity,

. i8 r7 ^& d# k" i. zLeading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

Qualifications  
" L5 w! {5 ]5 X Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
* ^( Q4 e; i0 m% L0 r
10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
7 ?0 {  n0 Q% a% r/ }
5+ years AutoCAD experience.
1 P2 [+ i- v' e- {
  d5 Y. P3 q6 G  L! v) w( xRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

Strong multi-tasking ability with well developed planning, organizing, coordinating and leadership skills.
