What Makes Christmas Magical

eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can

?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out   t1 E3 I9 P3 \$ _
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem 2 d% p& U$ z" u6 y: |
to be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of 6 {1 L6 A) J; H. \1 F
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a
/ l/ p& c; R0 J/ |Budget.'

are offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays
8 l  ~8 [3 l) a; ?$ ]) wespecially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more ' w* X4 c% {! E& T
relaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
9 j0 i! P* Q5 G2 E5 n9 S5 _3 M?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to 6 r* ~" D5 P4 B- C# B# a' D. }
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
$ J2 U9 h& Q! a. H- [breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie, " f2 _1 o; y+ B9 d1 z' x* T) @2 D
from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
( ~5 S' k0 t1 u! f" t7 U  a3 l% C$ ftell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies

healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down
