What Makes Christmas Magical

During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can

?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out 9 G9 V- }# o* K8 Y; c' @7 V) g
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
8 @$ m% e! S1 ~3 k& W1 M1 D0 tto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of * h7 @; k+ P/ W8 I+ `
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a
8 W) L! ]2 ]' B) ]Budget.'5 i8 E3 ]9 O, I& Z  G1 N1 _6 W

be something like, 'Uh..no..bah humbug' all the time that some Christmas goodies 4 P0 V( f# `4 O9 G' O+ u8 U( x
are offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays
) i- q1 M8 [5 w/ Fespecially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more
" Q% ?: ]3 S( r3 P  Drelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
) x# C9 d/ g8 S?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
; i. b. M# B) n( s; `5 ssubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
0 N6 D& n1 Y& S' o. g9 Kbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie, * \2 E$ M. F* M: I0 S
from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to 1 Y2 [+ X1 s4 b5 f
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into ! J) f( |6 T( [- ^0 B6 ]
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies
