you have three methods to book an appointment.

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:

            6715-177 TH ST
9 o3 B! Z9 e0 a  z( n) w9 f  a7 R+ [  tyou take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
