! S8 z' j$ U% ]9 M' h7 E1 z$ i. H* S. v After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. / i( k4 g# n7 ?( n' D- z$ D) P( T
It is a cycle.

# u8 f- Q9 Q o* a1 r( ?; EWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
: P0 y% n; u8 \Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
- J* |6 k+ K& N) V9 uConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.) r! `; L4 U- |1 m) M) z
9 U1 A1 i* u6 AThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.3 b: [ _0 [( B5 g( y+ s* v4 y
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.4 x9 B; \* X j; x9 f. ?
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. 3 N& u1 n; _1 \3 i; e( k9 D0 F% B

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
