We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
( B3 G; g" `. I( ESwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.$ o4 B, R4 W9 N: y/ U5 u
The problem should be inside the bucket.* ^" \$ g2 z# X4 e2 B+ X8 z
+ ]- [9 ~$ e6 ~9 bWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.5 C( a; H- k7 u/ N; D) [
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
1 w' B3 P) @# H0 ]3 K: V, @, q/ @Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.2 E' _% n; ~ Q' r$ [, L( H, g' N- Q8 C

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
( Z/ P% O$ w+ ]They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
- i7 j* x8 n! t5 z9 n It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.
