. M ?' T3 y! L( H5 V! j7 BOn Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.

( X+ z7 S1 f- j x: N: B3 eBring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:

3 m: `% o5 `/ `+ c. N6 ^learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut ! P. \' a) {- w/ U& m
digging for and examining fossils
^# o* S# h) d* ?9 Kexploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth
( I. h" r8 [+ ~4 o0 I# kinvestigating insects 4 m/ G( w: @1 G- ]* e8 \+ J$ ?) c

2 c" F* }# E- f* C0 Z+ E“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.
