On Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.7 J0 R C: Y7 z3 z8 p& d& m
$ Z2 v# l3 j8 dBring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:

; I3 h: b( ?, J1 vlearning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut
0 e. I4 {) ?/ F2 ]: J9 zdigging for and examining fossils / I$ Q* l& G) G. v* G9 k: w9 V( L
exploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth - ^% d z) z; k
investigating insects

“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.
