7 w; e- f1 b. H/ r9 U• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! ^' |" K* u* E8 P• Identification and replication of software defects
3 V3 \1 K' ?. }5 x; H- O4 e4 c• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ( V5 L3 w# d# A* X& _! d; Y
• Managing customer expectations & y7 L" V* e1 z( L5 \% ~& x
• Documentation of technical procedures , J$ X7 A+ ?% a) k1 q4 e
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• C++ development skills

Experience and Education

• 2 years experience in a technical support role( h8 D6 F( F$ R% ^& L' h; H; x: E
