8 e% e3 G& \7 c. ]# }; A, c! D+ I•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
+ J2 q2 L0 ?5 F/ K$ d•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
% F& O8 W  R7 \- {- a- y7 a8 W  c! }1 {8 ]•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide
•        System training
" v4 T* y$ z4 b- G$ W' @& x+ B2 |•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required

•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Ability to work independently

•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
