Position Responsibilities:
( f; \1 P) a9 B• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 Z: U1 `8 \0 l, u• Identification and replication of software defects , c- B$ n# A$ D
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients * X, W. l6 T" \8 L* N7 J9 O/ W
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues , j9 E8 @+ \) J% N# `; o/ s6 Z
• Optimizing system configurations ! b- V3 D, N4 r0 K# a
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
