0 L% v$ O% r& v: W. e; ]$ P•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control: b" o3 e: ^) P5 g9 D7 i
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
: c9 v9 h9 B$ [$ W+ b( r  t4 k•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
( s4 D& [/ Y! O) N8 i•        Managing customer expectations
1 d/ q1 V+ D+ H+ i•        Documentation of technical procedures * j0 K" Y! G8 H- j4 k9 I9 \, G/ F
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
( q0 n3 H! b. |1 k# M" k" M•        Optimizing system configurations  5 h5 T7 ?. g! k0 D* e  S: U9 o: o
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) # z/ v8 k& G+ e, E. F/ M
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
2 L+ |$ t- C4 F/ x" M5 D•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
6 u; v4 u. R. B1 N6 n# G•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
  z) z1 L2 d1 A+ V. W  F# L•        Customer service skills
' |! Q$ C* d" U, j8 |0 s•        Technical writing skills
3 M4 s" @0 f$ h: j" O" E  K•        C++ development skills
* f3 j  L! f8 [0 C! }$ V4 h  s•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
0 l1 s4 D! \: j$ W•        Network trouble shooting skills
" U% j$ K/ j7 ^( O' m3 M5 @•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 8 ~4 u8 h$ f9 c5 r, d! m
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
