Position Responsibilities:+ [: d+ m7 T2 R( `" R2 b( \0 f
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control) }7 g$ q% \& N# q9 O0 ~# p+ g
• Identification and replication of software defects
* Q1 j5 O5 \0 D6 b9 A• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures , M; d/ u) r% f# p: w
• Trouble shooting client network issues " w8 p! m6 ]9 d* A* D1 \8 ]% e! y
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
