Position Responsibilities:
( f; \1 P) a9 B•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 Z: U1 `8 \0 l, u•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
2 k" y  ?: W3 y  z6 W! n•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

8 V9 [* o0 V5 n: m2 S5 V•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required
•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
9 n  q$ i# P  k( V•        C++ development skills
0 s& M% u: v, x2 G" Z•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
& Q% ~' O: b2 D, S2 s•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently
•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
Experience and Education
•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
