8 r7 R. q, B% R• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 v. M( ~6 w; N3 Q1 p+ m/ n5 l• Identification and replication of software defects 2 @' ~' I @, }+ F- G
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients * e y$ H9 X$ y# T# d& c
• Managing customer expectations " A3 R' D4 f9 o6 { _
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ; g0 u6 K# P! d+ u/ ]5 W

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Experience and Education
