0 J% H( g1 c! C; g8 C/ s9 X! z•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
# R6 N- K3 a2 W/ P0 n" n•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
! U# E( K5 ~9 I4 D/ q•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Customer service skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
