0 J% H( g1 c! C; g8 C/ s9 X! z• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control; H4 ^6 M5 Y) n- L& s+ g$ c" T
• Identification and replication of software defects
# R6 N- K3 a2 W/ P0 n" n• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 6 T; h6 ]4 m/ }: @' Q# m! U
• Managing customer expectations 4 N& ?, ?+ `+ [/ c L- c: u
• Documentation of technical procedures * U7 ?+ B- E5 X
• Trouble shooting client network issues 4 N/ _" {6 ]9 t/ N d
• Optimizing system configurations
