• Identification and replication of software defects 8 h$ ~* z5 w, ?( z
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients , \9 A# @9 }; K, P$ p4 e0 H4 f- O
• Managing customer expectations / B0 k/ L; D( [8 Q
• Documentation of technical procedures " g8 y$ Y E- v' m: q* ~
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• C++ development skills

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
