Position Responsibilities:
1 s& T6 S- l) z# \9 c0 p* @•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
0 s4 r( k' `# ^2 `; o3 i/ }. N2 i) s•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
1 r7 o& g. I0 e7 K•        Optimizing system configurations  
" L- U) T' F  E# F3 S•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
+ J9 f  L  ?* d2 ^5 |  @•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
4 A# u- @2 F$ u1 j* f) D•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
. J8 C  }$ Q; m. {•        Customer service skills
8 V7 l3 r# w: u: U  y4 v•        Technical writing skills
' g* q+ B( {1 k, d+ g•        C++ development skills
3 N+ `) E6 g) W5 T•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
" L1 \" V& C( s! J! Q•        Network trouble shooting skills
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
2 W# F6 W. ^! J4 x" z( l7 J•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently
; U$ v. r) K& `; L•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
