Position Responsibilities:
1 s& T6 S- l) z# \9 c0 p* @• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ b% F7 [, {1 Q3 _
• Identification and replication of software defects 0 j4 V- q8 W$ A6 Q$ O
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
0 s4 r( k' `# ^2 `; o3 i/ }. N2 i) s• Managing customer expectations / D: n u2 q1 k) A1 j& C$ J* _6 C
• Documentation of technical procedures , u& {! t! O9 R/ t4 x+ }
• Trouble shooting client network issues
1 r7 o& g. I0 e7 K• Optimizing system configurations
" L- U) T' F E# F3 S• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
+ J9 f L ?* d2 ^5 | @• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
4 A# u- @2 F$ u1 j* f) D• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
