• Identification and replication of software defects % b3 q/ ]3 F [( F6 x
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ) g! V* c. Y, B& S# v; e$ A
• Managing customer expectations * E U; F# w* ?+ q
• Documentation of technical procedures / e) @8 I! s1 \5 w- e3 D
• Trouble shooting client network issues 9 x% c. A* S0 ?
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
