; F, w4 ^& i: @. X1 T• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control% A3 R& L0 s2 }1 g# L4 X( q
• Identification and replication of software defects
* G& ]2 u! b I! J. O: i$ {) [• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
' }! y1 B# N% Q• Managing customer expectations , P- w( z2 Q, f9 ?8 B- Y
• Documentation of technical procedures
7 Q' T& z9 i7 e. q. B& K7 c3 e6 U+ O• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
