•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control' \, T( w$ e4 Q. Y- J% M/ ]
•        Identification and replication of software defects    l& U- q( n, I7 Q# [7 ^5 V- S% Y
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

•        Optimizing system configurations

Skills and Knowledge Required

•        C++ development skills # r3 \4 p) N, O* Y8 v. |( f
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.9 I) X# e& q4 ^0 `* L5 v
•        Network trouble shooting skills

Experience and Education
