Position Responsibilities:
4 k7 b8 W/ Q! x! i•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
( i7 s. y+ a$ x) W•        Identification and replication of software defects  
% Y4 v7 Y4 ?' n5 s  [7 B, D•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
, z- a1 }, h" I" x9 o- x•        Managing customer expectations
: ?9 c$ |* q' r' }. F•        Documentation of technical procedures * K3 o! w5 d4 Q3 m5 @# j, W
•        Trouble shooting client network issues / |/ b: n" ^* P1 g
•        Optimizing system configurations  
' d4 f: p* C% ~+ s  T+ J6 B7 `7 ?•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; P9 K+ F+ \% |) g
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ' x, O% F( |, D& f; ^6 ~" d- k
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Technical writing skills

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education

•        2 years experience in a technical support role6 J! m. G. C8 V& X
