•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
; d3 n$ Q. T; H! {•        Identification and replication of software defects  * w) [$ s+ Y* G
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; g2 @, S6 K6 [0 m! L* h; D
•        Managing customer expectations
7 x* ]$ F8 y2 `4 T, ]. D% W•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
