•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
/ W% }* u, p, \8 k: }•        Identification and replication of software defects  
1 y& ?# Z5 U: J; i6 r! ]* k•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  # L  V1 x. X; T( S  b( g; z
•        Managing customer expectations 4 l" ^: b" A- N3 V; I
•        Documentation of technical procedures
* }7 {4 g- x' B6 |2 @( V; Q•        Trouble shooting client network issues " o$ v  F- h1 g5 R$ X" w0 d
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        C++ development skills

•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
