步骤:
5 e/ N+ j0 D' e2 X, w% w1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.
* A4 Z: g+ O% q' `; x2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
7 _% W3 _6 d* Z) N0 D% Z1 J( O! ?3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.
' k% _: k6 N, v' o. x- O. Q4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
! ~0 y: n$ A5 L1 E5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
' f' K& Y- `3 m8 d6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.
