4 tsp cream of tartar

( C, d2 e5 G1 x/ f. d1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.. m+ j b* e5 }/ E' q _
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.4 u9 C0 y. N3 L) n% k* G
3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.
7 {3 z6 }% o0 D4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
8 }- Z9 F( h2 S- [. M" ?5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
& `" R0 i: f4 h; C6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄., |# w- [7 p+ ?, @2 t- k; m
. ^2 y" z( L: [/ O% y7 j7. 等烤箱温度凉下来,拿出继续晾凉.就行了.
