1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.
. E7 Q% z2 _* E1 y& P: f, p2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
7 v6 [* d: N/ r' Q* R3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.
$ m6 @' d4 C1 y, u" C. D7 E4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.! C( a. T' P2 c9 `. i7 S, i
5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
( a1 k6 r% ]0 b6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄./ d- E8 V" a. K7 Q+ s
" c+ D# J4 P: z+ t- D7. 等烤箱温度凉下来,拿出继续晾凉.就行了.
