Job description:
- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
4 S) a" S8 r, X3 t- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
2 o% J% g0 ?$ E  o4 T4 ^. L& e- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
1 I4 |1 r: ~8 C) z5 B+ v5 `- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
9 ?. o+ ~. ]# O% p- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
% A% U, r) E* D2 n& t9 ~- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
- Tend ovens which cure metal coating

•        Completion of secondary school is required
