也许利息以后会涨的很高,$30万的贷款,月付$1000,可以承受最高4%的利息(prime=4.3%)。但浮动的人不会在此时立即破产。之前已经有每年$5000的优势,可以refinance一下。就算prime到6%,$5000也可以让浮动的人支撑一年。 ' F) f1 K, x: R, [4 M
