most builders are some, they don't want to make bad reputation for their business. the charllenger homes has reasonable lot price and upgrading price. may I ask LZ, where do you want to buy, because I know there are only 5 lots available in South Terwillegar.

* x+ M( T8 X& j0 y$ N" i4 |3 ~2 JI am interest in one of the lot in South Terwillegar. As you said, when I compare with other builders, I found their price is much lower, that is the reason I sent message looking for comments because I worried their qualities.
