range - $13 - $15 based on candidate's qualification; Salary is negotiable
/ g5 N% {! a5 }' d& \( }2 {% jSchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
) ]- S; v* m5 J-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
9 n; e. W1 F( d0 C7 M6 o) ]0 T' q5 J# j- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Working in a legal field;
. _( Z' s( s0 B% q- ]9 p$ o; J7 W- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
7 _& m9 n/ r; _9 e" ]- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
2 [9 [7 e0 k# J, |- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
