Canspec, I used them lot, never seen any Chinese.

I know that some Chinese persons do this job in AB.I can find the names in the CSNDT websit ,but I can't get the phone number.
I wish NDT personnels in AB have a good summer.

I do believe there must be Chinese doing this work since I have been seeing more and more mainland Chinese joined industry area in past years.

NDT means nondestructive testing mostly used in heavy industry.It is a good major for many chinese people in canada.

此专业适用性狠广，应该有很多机会，不过在个别行业里面，好像也要有专业执照才可以。可以试着从Contract工作起步，逐步积累“Local Experience”（我相信你在国内也是有两把刷子才会出到来）

In fact, compaired to the developing countries, the developed countries have some very good and critical regulations to limit the harmfulness to the healthy.

同意你的看法，但工作当中还是小心为妙。在国内，某些公司的NDT部门同时包括了Borescope项目，也是要不断积累经验才能作好。我不知道你所从事的是哪一类NDT，我所接触过的和知道的大致分类有磁粉，荧光，紫外线，渗透，干粉，超声波，涡流，X光等，不同性质的公司会选用不同形式的NDT进行检查。我自己觉得此行业的适用面很广，大多数机械制造公司和设备维修公司都会用到。你可以在一些加拿大的专业Agent公司网站上查找信息，保证你不会失望。

在加拿大，我到目前的感觉就是，License不是一个公司决定是否雇佣你的绝对条件，有时候还是看经验，你可以一边作事，一边准备你的专业执照。另外对于你准备考的证书或者是执照，最好先查清其适用范围，有的不是整个加拿大通用，出了省就失效的最好不要。除非你是打算长久在一个地方住下去。

我去年底找工作的时候看到过一些NDT方面的工作信息，都是Contract性质的，对积累 F＊＊＊ing "local experience" 很有帮助。我不知道这边的制度是否和国内一样有分级。如果你亲自操作过一些大型的NDT设备，在这边找工作应该没有问题。

记得以前公司周围有很多芒果树,几乎在每年结果的时候,很多芒果还没有长大就被悉数逐一"摧残"(我从未参与过).唯有几棵树上的果实到自己落地都无人问津.
原因就是,果树的旁边就是NDT..........

Duties include performing applicable NDT inspections, developing NDT procedures and performing technical airworthiness functions. Minimum requirements: (C.G.S.B.) qualified in the eddy Current Level II, Liquid Penetrant Level II, Magnetic Particle Level II, Radiography (Aircraft Structures) Level II and Radiography (EMC) Level II coupled with 5 years relevant experience with a min. of 6 months actual work performing NDT aircraft inspections. Must possess knowledge of aircraft structures, blueprint reading and aircraft documentation procedures.
