egg yolk 1

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
% ~- E$ N6 v. H5 F& q' c: Y5 `2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.6 H% g4 D7 K+ d# S, J
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
' G; e5 P! s* r1 ]7 m4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
/ s5 l# x- f; z1 ~% x: [) b1 x5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

sugar 40g+30g) c* x8 e5 I5 A, J# @% S- J
vanilla extract 1/2tsp ]( f1 g; T, }* D# D
* N9 s- n [* r/ L3 f% Z8 @4 ~/ q1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled4 ^: w4 h. Q1 u1 e# `0 k' @
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
& h; w$ m5 q& P# p( B9 V( m4 K3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me): w/ ?; u: R8 L* q" L: `% }$ k& l
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
% ?, F' k" m4 l7 Z, Z- B5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water6 s: H/ Y1 G7 k2 @- s8 b

不要加蛋白

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
