1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely, Z% j5 S7 I6 s" X$ T' R S t
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)* |2 X5 x4 U0 I% U' m# I
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water5 c0 H, j( R& ~1 j& {4 m0 f

Whipping cream 300ml
: A) G a6 o6 G1 d; ]Milk 130ml

sugar 40g+30g/ ^7 {3 ?, D, e' }5 [
vanilla extract 1/2tsp

9 {; I% m8 E0 E! [1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled2 L# J4 q( W: @6 Z- b, P9 D {
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
9 L, c4 z2 G/ t6 q% O6 K3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
% h3 U2 @; p+ g5 r8 Q4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
( o( ^2 o2 s9 x$ x5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
