Pudding Recipe

Milk 500c.c

sugar 80g T% H- G' ?# o

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)0 E5 w: s' @$ ?
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.0 }- P `, ]' l7 w& r
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
& r/ \8 ~: q# f1 S! v8 _4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)) I/ {7 L1 [0 w/ U% k" D k
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

7 n1 n" t* |2 u. } L7 U5 f. k1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
5 |& S) t- D. r& c2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
9 D0 N: o0 B# j3 N, e* ?3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
* D) y e* g# j a5 y& f' }; t6 E4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well# `9 O0 W9 ]4 R, J
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

不要加蛋白

有蛋白就會比較凝固$ y, L) y: a8 G ~
第一種做出來有一半超好吃

不知道那個步驟出了錯
