3 I, ^/ e! Z: n9 iThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

0 f$ R# v) {. b, ]' N; L· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.( p/ e' [- X, U j3 K: }

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.) U3 i" `: j& y

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.

· Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including some lifting, bending, and carrying material.
