The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors.  Responsibilities include:5 ~7 ~. t, E$ _$ a4 b

' @# b2 X2 O7 p7 m·         Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.7 W2 A# P7 L3 J7 q8 L

·         Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

·         Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

SALARY RANGE:

5 s6 ~5 e5 y0 r+ A: k  r21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.* V* f7 E, \, ?& L* J- p0 M
