, f' u% o$ ^% Y& [* K7 ^- |The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

0 C. t3 ~- t% \' [- Y· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

, O+ i7 ~, i( }· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.
