Under certain conditions, customers may experience a M.I.L. “ON” condition with DTC P0011, P0012, or5 z# L% y q7 ?1 h6 I& |0 k! C
P0016 stored in the Engine Control Module/ECM (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM). In some
% k% M3 K$ N' @. F; e7 P6 @/ Ycases, the cause of this DTC may be the VVT--i actuator. Use the procedures in this bulletin to verify the
% \7 ], [# v; ]8 X/ Y0 f6 f: Goperation of the actuator and correct the condition.
