If you are flying with a Canadian carrier, your Cuban Tourist Card is included in the cost of your air ticket ($20 for 90days otherwise). Your air steward will give you your Cuban Tourist Card on flight. It is not distributed prior. ( Z; |3 T ^1 s6 D0 J) \But you need a valid passport as well.
