新学校2010年才正式开始招生，谁知道好不好。不过听说很多其他学校的老师正在申请去这个学校教书。

西区环境很好，但有一点可能要注意。
据说在很多年前，西区有些地块是湖泊和沼泽，其土质比较软，地下水水位可能比较高。因此此地区的建筑地基要求比较高，譬如，Landmark 在很多小区采用20几尺的深桩， 很多新建房也备有应急排水措施。在该区买独立房，该房地势和排水可能要加以重视。Condo 应该没有问题。

the hamptons 大慨包括三个小区 (Parkland, handpoint, and copperwood).

优点：
1> 绿化好， 公关用地比例高。
2> 西靠indian保护区， 都是森林，而且将来不大可能继续向西开发了.
+ O7 J* m1 a, d" j7 O0 m: I3> 有K-9 school in the area, will be open in 2010. a high school had approval and under development.
4> 有recreation center 在建(网球场， 游泳池...)，
6 H$ y" Y: U' I8 i; G4 w6 ?" h5> 交通比较方便 (对有车的人来说).

- f  J4 h3 @; `7 j0 x缺点：

I lived this are, it's good community. as I know even many employer of builder buy house in this area.  but seems new immigrant seldom consider this area.

新学校就在HARDY POINT大门 的正对面，进HAMPTON沿着海明威路走开车2分钟就看到。
