院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
& s1 s/ F7 n* d A8 N1 cup water 250 ml * S C- T" P; n$ Q+ V$ @$ H
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 2 x5 n4 t; c0 m' m( G3 w
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ! A3 V) z' [' f$ w: ^1 b
juice of 1 lemon* 1 . b6 j/ \1 b7 x2 A

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.% N! }; E6 ]( ]2 C/ y/ T2 R: \
