院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享8 i& K9 V+ S/ ?! C& ^, ]6 B' z

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 9 p* x) o6 R& b
1 cup water 250 ml 5 c0 k& `4 W. O! E& o5 ?
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
' p5 O8 g3 w4 v1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.# V0 b8 h' r3 R I/ F

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
