院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

9 }( |; r: x, X; U+ t% T3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
3 S( G) @( b/ }, [4 }" d- `6 ^1 cup water 250 ml
3 p2 U3 i1 i6 S+ o( @5 N- F9 D+ M8 U2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1 ( s* a& A7 j5 r9 S$ S

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.! U) {, Y' [: M1 {5 y/ F- E
