院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享, ^# T5 f4 m5 v$ j

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

9 H+ `! M6 t* G- y$ E7 b3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 6 i( d* g* g7 R0 V% o
1 cup water 250 ml $ b) ?1 s: z }( B* }; a8 J: i$ s
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ' b6 W" Y, c9 E e( v
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
, r/ Z! [" Y; [& ]" W& Bjuice of 1 lemon* 1 . O; ]+ S, z9 i: G5 m2 q. d; L
& `! T: N8 X5 p6 ~/ `9 oPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
