院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享1 G$ x$ _" Y6 w8 O6 G" Y

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 4 ?6 r/ x( i2 Q; D8 D0 ~- l
1 cup water 250 ml
1 p. L) o: v8 C+ U* M2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
# @ v+ G- E2 O9 [, l) Y5 g1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
. ~/ [0 C2 m1 V2 mjuice of 1 lemon* 1 7 @3 ]8 B8 A, t2 s
! k. M8 G) \3 D0 NPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
