院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享7 T6 a8 S$ _5 ?- W2 ]$ q

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml # j2 [! H' `7 @( C% a" d2 o6 O
1 cup water 250 ml % O4 A' {" F3 e2 W+ x7 n
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 9 w" u- g. l! L2 O" ~
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml + q9 R# Q W6 a2 s8 R! [# N
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ; c& x2 Q0 }1 T8 G5 w( W7 r3 t. G
2 n0 W' j0 L! p) ~" a0 s
Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

8 r! z' q5 f. ASlice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
