市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)
# Price changes: 159 (221, 189, 212)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 142 (324, 98, 135)
4 t+ k. H: V$ @  a/ wNet loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)
Active listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)
5 Y+ f7 z: ?( f2 c  FActive listings for condos: 1472 (1485, 1576, 1560)

8 C6 L9 e. a$ U7 Y1 o5 oMore of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

现在看，很明显往上跑。

关键是市场上好房子不多!  
* x$ B3 R, N2 `
: q2 W; N2 K/ f以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
