Due to the unexpected national shortage of the H1N1 vaccine, Alberta Health Services and Alberta Health and Wellness will target immunization to Albertans at high risk.8 ?4 f \ \' b+ t, K$ J

Those currently eligible for H1N1 immunization are:0 f L9 g/ s9 C$ w7 `2 P

* Both parents, or one parent and one caregiver of infants under six months of age;: R& ~; q! y( u+ s' g
* Children under 10 as of November 1 with chronic health conditions (e.g. diabetes);
?/ E! w" j4 s4 _ * Children over six months and under five years as of November 1; and: \" }. f o0 D! S
* Pregnant women.

* People with chronic conditions aged 10–17 as of November 1. (Combined with the group added November 6, this group ranges from 5 to 17).
